Her career spans senior leadership roles, capital programme delivery, organisational change and safety management—most recently at Uisce Éireann, where she oversaw a capital investment portfolio of over €1bn.

Claire brings a rare blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and people-centred leadership. She has worked in client, contractor, design, and advisory roles across multiple delivery models, earning a reputation for delivering high-impact results. Claire played a key role in the establishment of Uisce Éireann and more recently in building programmatic delivery models and transformative initiatives that enhanced business capability, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
